I’ve worked and built teams in 9 different countries and across 3 separate continents. So I’ve put myself to the test, and I know that I move fast, I learn fast and I adapt fast. And I use that to try and have an impact in the companies I work with.

It’s not always been simple, or easy: moving 6000k from Lisbon to New Delhi to help scale Zomato, for example? But then you start to feel yourself grow along with the company and that’s an awesome feeling. There’s nothing quite like it.


I’ve always been very driven by this need for speed. My first real job was for a large corporate company in the telco sector. I worked there for a year and sure, it was extremely well organized, but slow moving. There was very little room for innovation or speed.


It taught me that startups are what I am really excited about: you can put in 200% effort and get 200% out, and I've been lucky to work with startups ever since!
