I am driven by a sense of progress, and passionate about technology as a vehicle for well-being, strengthening human connections, and solving complex problems.

My journey has been filled with exciting twists and turns. I've led global youth leadership non-profit AIESEC to record-breaking performances as their Global President, uplifted children's lives in India, and navigated a few startups from early-stage funding to exit. I was named the World's Most Connected Person on Facebook by Western Union, a testament to my belief in the power of human connection.

From a professional standpoint, I've also been involved in early-stage startups in Belgium, focusing on growth roles in business intelligence and an HR-tech platform, Talentsquare, which had an exit.

One significant milestone was my tenure at EVBox. As one of the first hires and the first non-Dutch employee, I played a pivotal role in the company's journey from a startup of 15 people to an established industry player with over 750 employees and 9-digit revenue figures.

In 2023, after seven years at EVBox, I ventured into a new mission as a co-founder of Ritmoo. This team facilitation platform helps teams navigate from idea to implementation, empowering collective brilliance and using AI to offer data-driven insights.

Today, I continue to channel my passion for progress and innovation, sharing insights on leadership, team management, and scaling on various social media channels. And yes, my childhood dream of traveling to space (sustainably) persists as a symbol of my endlesss pursuit for progress.
