I started my career at an insurance company, and that is where I first started to develop a passion for predictive analytics. It eventually led me to invest more time and learn new statistical skills to help solve product and business problems.
Those skills have been critical in my career as a founder ever since.
Fuelled by my focus on big problems and finding the right people to help solve them, I started CrowdProcess with two other founders in 2012.
And I built James.Finance from the ground up, after two pivots. We kept aiming big, and being resilient and in the end, it was a success story that I hope will inspire other founders.
