And it drove me to start StudentFinance, to promote financial wellbeing and independence. At StudentFinance we make education opportunities accessible to everyone and support the transition from reskilling and upskilling into high quality jobs. 

After having been an investment banker for ten years and an angel investor, finally getting to be a founder, having that role and feeling like I have my hands on the wheel, has definitely been my favourite professional achievement. 

But it’s also been really interesting and humbling for someone used to the angel investor hat.
