So I rolled up my sleeves and set my heart to creating a better culture and a great company. That’s why my very first full-time job was actually as a founder, launching Subvisual. That taught me a lot about creating an enduring business, geared for the long ride. We’re always in a hurry in the startup world, but patience is a virtue.
Fuelled by a desire to keep the team together, aligned and focussed on the mission, I believe I did create some good companies to work in. I got to co-found Utrust, for example, and raised $20m in an ICO. That’s my favorite professional achievement so far.
But I’m still driving towards the next one.
