That why I wanted to simplify the way people work. The way people look at spreadsheets. I knew a lot of people find them scary. And they’re not the right tool for a lot of jobs that people use. I wanted a different way for people to handle numbers.
That’s my reason for having co-founded Decipad. I want it to be the de facto tool for people that want a different way to work with numbers.
To get there, I’m relying on the strength of my co-founders, on Shilling’s support (that was there for us even before the check was signed) and my customer-centric mentality. I learned in the rural café where I was raised, and where I worked for years, that you always do your best to make the client return, always.
I live by that.
We all do.
