Sure, I had had success working for others. But I only felt accomplished when I started developing my own ventures. Technology was an obvious place to start: I’ve always been fascinated with it. For as long as I can remember. And I still remember how proud I felt to be one of the first in my group of friends to have a home computer with access to the internet.
Today, years later, I'm as enthusiastic as I ever was about technology. I feel like Modatta operates in one of those industry segments that’s going to change a lot, and change the world: privacy. Modatta is the first true personal assistant, where individuals go to support their day-to-day decisions based on private and decentralised AI-generated insights.
The plan is to make it change how society values data privacy, by allowing every person to benefit from the enormous value of their personal data: they’ll get to access knowledge and generate an additional revenue stream just by interacting with relevant brands. This will turn Modatta into the main point of relationship between people and brands.
It’s a unique idea. Having implemented it well enough that it’s supporting me and my family is one of the things I’m proudest of. I feel truly happy to be an entrepreneur, looking to change the world one startup at a time and fuelled by this desire to make the world better for my two kids.
